a lot of who we believe ourselves to be, what we believe we’re capable of, is literally staring back at us in the mirror, but that’s not the whole truth.
Naked Truth was created to guide you through an initial process to deepen your connection, trust and confidence with your body, thus getting you closer to your truth.

attractive or unattractive

so who are you?
like most people, you’ve identified with one or more of the previous labels.
but we both know that’s not the whole story of who are you. yet you let your outer appearance dictate who you are and how you feel about yourself.
some would describe that as living in a prison within themselves.
never allowing themselves to be fully seen, expressed, not even to those closest to them.
so, who are you?
I experienced the same harsh reality as most adults…you won’t keep your “teenage body” without extra work, more knowledge and more self-love and respect. In my final year at UCF as a full time student, president of a fraternity, working 30hrs/wk and in a serious relationship, i “didn’t have time” to take care of myself. at least that was my story. regular exercise was non-existent and fast food stops between school and work were daily. Even after moving to london to finish an MBA, i enjoyed playing sports and exercising, but i never made it a priority. it was a fleeting interest that was usually inspired around new year or a movie like 300.
In my 5th year in spain and after getting married, i hit my emotional + professional rock bottom that was worsened by a sense of lost identity and confidence after a few business failures. Taking control of my health + body (working out + nutrition) became the metaphorical rope i used to save myself. Over the following 3 years I fully committed and experimented with various “diets” such as keto (<30g carbs), raw vegan, paleo, while lifting weights 5x/wk, jogging 10km 3x/wk, cross fit, biking, swimming, etc. I felt and looked amazing and was regaining my confidence, personal motivation and zest for life. i was arguably in the best shape of my life. but my obsession to relentlessly push my body to new limits and through pain, lead to chronic knee + shoulder pain/injuries.
After undergoing a spiritual + emotional death + rebirth during a 4-day fast in the desert, i further re-evaluated how i was moving through life, including my health. i began to look at my body differently. not as something i HAD to take care of but something that I loved, respected, honored and treated like a temple. This fusion between my emotions + goals (mind), health + wellness (body) and oneness + intuition (soul), is what became my foundation to enjoying the overall health that I desire, and what i’d like to share with you. As a leadership + self-mastery coach, i believe your health is a direct reflection of how you lead yourself as well as your level of self-love (of course not the only measure).
Part of my life’s mission is to help people live a wildly fulfilling life they deserve and that’s often limited by one’s health. i’m here to demystify and simplify your health, helping you get to the NAKED TRUTH of your body and empower you to confidently adopt a lifestyle that will support your health + body goals!
